I have a couple questions. Do the boats work? I have had the joy of the boat zoning ahead of me and leaving me bobbing around in Ocean of Tears (I shed some tears too...). Never want to do that again. Next question. Where are the soul binders? Are there only player soul binds?
The thing that makes Project 1999 so awesome is there are people playing! Greater Faydark and Freeport are actually busy. A beautiful thing to see.
