now recruiting fellow white knights and fairness advocates to police the server against egregious exploitation of high end raid mobs (example: fledgling guild <Tempest> attempting to kill Klandicar utilizing an exploit involving bodies of water blocking area of effect abilities - <Neighborhood Watch> showed up and subdued the offenders after making an emergency call to Guide Menden)
