#1 Literally time and time again it has been stated there will be no rotations. GM's don't like that.
#2 You use the phrase of someway and somehow, you don't even know how to make these rules work.
#3 the %'s are arbitrary. I can assume you're in BDA given the inherently biased looking %'s.
#4 what if a guild can't kill a target when it comes up? how long till engage?
