So I'm looking at the p99 wiki page for mages and I've always known that there was a weapon focus item for each pet but the list is longer on the wiki. Circlet of mist, Clay bracelet, Earthen boots and robe of elements. Do they all affect your pets in some way or are those mixed item from mage specific quests?

No those are just other quests from the Temple of Ro for Mage items. They are not focus items.
