I don't remember live being like this.

Granted, many players on this server (casters specifically) have high AC / bis resists etc.

But the fact that a Wizard/Druid/Enchanter etc. can toe-to-toe with a semi-geared SK (max str, high agi) and the SK consistently misses 3-4 double attacks while they melt your face makes me say WTF.

Is this a SK/PAL specific issue? Do casters have extremely high defensive stats? "Missing" specifically worries me, as its not a dodge/parry etc. Any factual weigh ins on why 2h damage is so unreliable?
