i'm pretty sure this bug existed even when you were still farming manastones. atleast the switching order part. it only occurs under the right circumstances. dont remember what though.

Think it has to do with getting dispelled/clicking off buffs and then gettin new ones
Mostly happened to me in my upper buff slots when i was clickin stuff off so that my junk buffs were first
