I noticed this happens more frequently when full buffed (15 buff slots filled) with one of them being augmentation and then overwriting augmentation with cast sight. Then zoning with cast sight still active. Cast sight doesn't persist across zones, so it will be removed and the other buffs may be reorders. Another issue that is probably related is that the server state indicates you are fully buffed (15 slots filled) whereas the client state indicates you have only 14 buffs. This causes the buff "does not take hold" message to appear even though client-side you clearly have an open buff slot.

The order of those buffs may be relevant in those steps above.

There is a problem causing client and server buff states to get out of sync.
