I have been granted Wu'Tang several times - Akkadius gave it to me the day Aftermath was formed. He ported in to S Ro to make the guild and I asked him for it and he said "Thats a pretty cool surname, petition for it and I will grant it". Petitioned, 10 second later Wu'Tang was alive and well.
