I met Greenloaf yesterday, after having my hopes of finding some buffs in EC crushed by the sheer number of AFK
[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]. As I was running in the tunnel in N.Ro I saw that big fat ass ogre overtake me. I sent him a tell asking if I could buy a few buffs from him, to help break one of the cutthroat camps. He kindly obliged and refused payment.
As I was fighting my way through a few mobs, he sent me a tell informing me he would be back in a few minutes. My first thought was "wow I am going to get a refresh on the buffs! yay!"... But oh boy was I wrong. We ended up playing together for 3.5 hours, and I made as many level. It was a very fun PLing type of session, not only the dude is hilarious, but it wasn't a "hit each mob once and sit while thorns sort the problem on the train you brought back to camp", in fact we even had a close call with both of us at 30hp or less, no mana and a few orcs in Oasis root parked. You might call it stubbornness, but neither was keen on zoning, that would have been too easy.
Overall I had a great time, and I am sure if you send him a tell, so will you.
