The amount of photoshop in those ads in the link is too damn high.
As for the potential speech limit, I'm not sure how well it would hold up in England's courts. Here, IN THIS COUNTRY, courts limit it to not causing immediate physical harm to those that would hear it (no yelling fire in a crowded theater) which is reasonable.
