Why is Sceptre of Desctruction so overpriced ?
I met a guy with a SoD who said the weapon could be sold for like 20 millions.
Despite the fact that it is not dropped anymore, why is this weapon so overpriced ? Stats and proc are not that great ... How much would you guys pay for this if one was for sale ?
