I ran into 2 (THATS TWO) people in my guild that claimed to take a weekend to get theirs implemented. Was it recent for them? Exemptions use to be done much more frequently and quicker then they are now due to it being summer time. Reapplying wont do anything considering they will still have to give the same exact information and they work from bottom to top so new requests are done last.
