To fix the DS duration, both the caster and the target must have the new spells_us.txt from the package. I know this for a fact, as last night a druid cast a 15min and it had a duration of 5.5 min. I logged out to get the package, came back in, dropped the previous buff and he re-casted to reveal a 15min buff duration.
