If you are looking at soloing, Najena offers a decent number of dark blue solo or two pulls into the mid 30s if you stick to the various types of skeletons and ogres. Plus it is nearby to SolA, which is also decent xp/loot if you can find a group. Neriak or gypsies close by to use for vendoring/banking.
