Definitely has been much smaller lately. At one point though she did have a pretty good looking 32 DD you're right about that.

Most speculators assume she moved up from natural C's to begin with, got too big and started to become known just for being a sex symbol and a pair of tits.

I assume that was the reason for the breast reduction, for the benefit of her career as a leading lady.. The nose job was A+ though and basically made her a leading lady in the first place.
