EoE has no AC. Living thunder has 10, which is pretty high for that slot. With those options I think you should keep EoE bagged until you need extra MR, then swap out sanctum. If I could wear sanctum on my rogue, I'd go with that and fingerbone personally and get a net gain on all resists and great overall stats.
