ME is pretty easy if you can get the camp. We got a lot of spawns in the 3 scout camp just east of the rock out from DSP. Minimal agro from adds on the south west edge of the wall. The Xi thall and Xin Thall Centien drop spells too if you want to kill some extra mobs.
