Hello everyone! I am a 48 ranger and just completed
http://wiki.project1999.com/Ice_Forged_Shackles quest and love the item, super leet.
Are there any other quests like this that are soloable or duo that I can do at my level that will have the same quality as Ice Forge Shackles? My gear now is definitely decent, better than things live Ivy Etched, etc.. Thank you!!
