Enc - 48 to 60 almost entirely Plane of Mischief (Rat Maze solo)
Druid - 50 to 60, almost entirely quad kiting otters in Cobalt Scar

Monk - a lot more KC (mostly basement and hands), some Seb but nowhere near as much as I did on p99, lost 60 due to young stupidity , then got it again in Velious in Velk's farming spiders and Lower dogs
