That's easy, they put many of them into the military. The factories start churning out military equipment. It's what they are already moving towards, and to take the south china sea and a good deal of the pacific ocean, likely march west too.
I'm not sure why AtG is thinking China is some target, this has been encouraged. It's all about players and trade blocks. HRC was owned by China, they were all set to get a big piece of the pie, as long as they played along. A bit foolish though, China is ultimately only concerned with China. Just like the globalist's muslim nation friends would turn on them just the same.
