White privilege is real, that is coming from a white man who has worked retail and my previous employer forced me to follow black families, cuz they were stupid. And that happens to minorities everywhere, especially if they are in street cloths.

Only where strict ID checking exists. Obama even got on TV and encouraged illegals to vote, saying that ICE wouldnt come find where they lived and deport them. I shouldnt have to explain to you why a president doing that is disgusting and illegal.
Maybe that's how it works for some people.
White privilege isnt real, financial privilege is. An anecdote is not evidence of systemic racism. Why is it detestable to assume someone dressed like a gang banger or hoodlum is a criminal? I'd also be interested in seeing a demographic breakdown of perpetrators of shoplifting your boss had to deal with.
