Yah make people go PvP and rp for a short time! Unless of course its too difficult to do , but if not what are they worried about? Population over 2000- check. People threatening they not gonna log on , call there bluff. Raid targets? Screw them and boohoo. Loss in permanent average population somehow? Yah right, p1999 is an addiction.
