I would vote for those sick puppies still posting here after 2-4 year spans since they last logged in. Can give a good grace period of 3-6months for normal people to check back and post before going to that stage of scarce appearances. But darn those of you who post here day in day out and have not even played the game for 1000's of days truely are the sick ones.
Here's the one's I know of:
Tassador - posts every day, has not played anything higher than level 30. Has not played in approx 2-3+ years.
Hipponipple - last played 3-4 years ago. Posts non-stop.
Esclade - last played 2-3 years ago. Posts non-stop tho has kinda of relaxed a bit.
Please feel free to add more to this list but really I think it's just these 3 at present.

Literally someone who has not played in years talking about finding a separation from real the game...Sickness in it's purest of forms.
