have an extra orb of the clear water for this, the scroll + scepter combined. I turn the orb in, you turn the other 2 orbs in and receive the final orb. As long as you have a ragefire heart and the other orb its a complete epic. Looking for 25k for the orb(scepter not hard to get, but no one does royals anymore).
