There was exactly one time I sent a tell for a loot and didn't get awarded it in IB: it was a BCG and I rolled off against Stumbles and he won. I got the next one. You have literally no fucking idea what you're talking about. Blaine, Prospect, Mellyn and I always talked out who would get what loot. Ask them. And while you're at it, ask Prospect who got awarded that Honeycomb Belt and what happened.
