I'm lvl 13.5 currently at Dervish camps in NRo, was good exp for 10-12 but now its really slowing down. Are there any active oasis camps that I could do once I hit 14?

Or is it worth traveling somewhere other than oasis for good groups and faster exp until i can move to high hold pass for 15-20?
