I can also confirm no drop rate for the fish off Frostbite, also I gave him a Regurgitonic (cause I tried this first and went all that way) and he did not give up a fish. Seriously, please fess up if this is broken and I'd be really happy if you could repair my Halas faction if it is, because this kinda sucks. I'm trying to get a fish for the Stein of Moggok quest and I wanted to do it the no faction hit way, but this bug drove me to caninicide.
