Hi,
I spent about 2 hours doin the monk quest penance because I destroyed my note when I created the character.
After getting all the quest items together and combining to turn in, to one of the Iksar Monk GMS I handed it in and received nothing back. I was supposed to receive a shackle of dust.

Seems to have been the most accurate quest guide to go by.
Just wanted to let you guys know.
Also if I could get a damn Shackle of Dust would be nice so I am not stuck.
