there is almost no charisma found on top end raid gear
intelligence will assuredly be maxed with top end raid gear
a primal weapon makes strength, dexterity, and agility easily maxed when you want them
true min/maxing would likely be 25 charisma, 5 stamina, but 5 stamina will be negligible at level 60
in any case i'd say you made the right choice, but i'm not sure if it's possible to have 255 charisma in top end raid gear regardless
