Not hating on this specific poster, but I see advice like this "once you have full top-end raid gear" answer given a lot to noobs, and it probably applies to less than 5% of the population on p99.
Ask yourself these questions:
Do you plan to play p99 as if it were a full time job? If not, the above advice probably wont apply to you.
Do you plan to answer batphones at all hours of the day to slay dragons? If not, the above advice probably wont apply to you.
I could go on, but the point should be clear. I would bet if every 60 enchanter on the server was lined up, an outrageous majority of them would not have Primal weapons, or for that matter even ST's keys.
