You should stick with your original 20k unless you are desperate for plat. If you keep decreasing the only new bids you are going to get are people that plan on flipping it. The cloak is easily worth 20k. Cloak of flames goes for 30-40k with very similar stats, you are just limited to hybrids that would want this vs pure melee and hybrids.
