The UN and Mexico City have partnered in defense of women everywhere. A placard at their feet explains that the discomfort they feel in the seat compares not with that of the women who suffer harassment at their hands. While many men may refuse to use the seat, it is good to know that at least some will and when all men are known lechers, getting through to some is better than none.
