You'd think a "public safety" product would be able to just present the federal gov with the corner-cut to manufacturing and say "pay us the difference or we will implement a change in manufacturing and produce a different sub-standard product". Sounds fair and reasonable. Congress would definitely authorize it. But they didn't even bother because its easier to make hatchet job vaccines and keep raising the price bilking medicaid and medicare, and with the adjuvant, the vaccine still works for the most part.

Probably the most underrated moment in modern history as far as cultural politic goes. The president told the people that being an assfucker was all good because....oh wait, he had no explanation.
