Runnyeye goblins drop blackened alloy bastard swords 24/38 I think... And a ton of other decent droppables.
I'd suggest checking it out when you get higher level, it's a fun dungeon too, especially when you go deep down into the goblin city which has a goblin bank and even a goblin bar!
