Exclamation Wave of Enfeeblement (Mobs)
Fighting Crusaders in CT today and noticed that Wave of Enfeeblement overwrites any STR buffs you have on. Effectively reducing your STR by double what it is suppose to if you have a STR buff and costing you that mana.
