Default LOS and Water
WHERE: Swamp of No Hope around -925, 2900

WHO: a froglok bounder, a giant mosquito

I experienced LOS trouble while trying to cast on monsters while the target was in the water. I can be in the water with the mob, or on the shore, doesn't seem to make a difference.
