That's endgame, 1-60 can be really difficult solo because of population. i can speak for my side and tell you there's exp groups in our guild because we make alts often. I'd recommend asking for starter hand outs, and make a wizard or a druid alt. Just for solo basic farming.
I'd recommend you to sanctuary , but after infiltrating a couple groups. I'm sure that the leader is gate keeping players to trap them into playing with said person. So I'd say go ragnarok or apex, whoever rubs you the wrong way just join the opposition to them. (Not srs)
