I have a gear set for my melee characters that gives more than 100+ WIS. It only cost a few thousand plat, Othmir Fur Cap has an insane amount of WIS for less than 100p. GEB was my most expensive purchase.
Doing tradeskills with 200 WIS is so much better. Your 119 INT is just not going to cut it for skilling so close to 200 and above.
