Can we confirm that this quest can be done with amiable faction?
Been scouring the forums looking for an answer, and the last thing I found was Nilbog saying in 2014 that it was changed to amiable, but then immediately saying he would implement further changes (if necessary).
Can anyone here confirm they've done it with amiable?
