Troll SK of Innoruuk was friendly (well, apprehensive) there (even after I accidently killed a couple of their putrid skeletons in SK for bone chips :blush

As such, your religion modifier shouldn't be a problem, and it is a necromancer guild, so that shouldn't be a problem.
If troll wasn't enough to put me into KoS then I suspect dark elf won't be enough to do so for you either. On live I spent a lot of time in there on a Dark Elf enchanter and they didn't mind me (but the factions on here are markedly different to what they were on live).
