Trump could also learn more from Putin, like how to rewrite the country's legislation so that a president can run for more than two terms!
He could even call the position by a new title, perhaps
Emperor Trump would be fitting?
I would also recommend adding another detail to the new position which would be allowing the new emperor to change their name to whatever they'd like, as the pope does when newly elected.
This would add dignity and reverence to the position.
