Although I don't have near enough plat to try to attempt to purchase the sky cloak no drop piece (I'm assuming, since it's in high demand), I do have my 56 Ranger parked in sky. How he got there is a sad story of being camped out with keys on isle 1 in case of Noble spawns and Sky raids, and had no spare bag to corpse. Thus, he is now sad, the Lonely Ranger on top of the Lonely Island.
