it's a bastardized tibetan buddhist mantra that invokes the presence of boddhisatvas (rogean, haynar, nilbog, etc are all bodhisattvas of of p99).
normally buddhists pray for compassion or other stuff, but here we should all be praying 4 the patch.
We can make this a reality.
