Regulus, that same error says you need to download the spells file from the Forum.
I went to the forum and the link was broken file 44. So I upped it by one and there is a file 45.

I extracted this to my game directory and i can select my character, but when i enter the world it says you are disconnected. On reconnect and character select it says wait for sync you have an active character. I keep getting the you are disconnected, black screen, when i try to load a character.
