The Launch Titanium is meant to be a Batch File. That is the only help I can give
have you tried downloading the latest patch and then dragging all its contents into the main folder?

Thank you very much for your help. I got it to work I had to whitelist the game in my antivirus. I have troubles with fullscreen though where my cursors turns in to the windows cursor near the edge resulting in me switching to desktop when I try to click stuff at the edge of the screen. I have got it looking pretty good in windowed mode so it's not so bad
