Fixed it for you. Better to cut your teeth on smaller, easy targets anyways. Choosing a mob that is not contested often and you can port in to it's spawn point is a better first step than The Avatar of War.
I admit, it would be pretty comical to see level 46s at Wuoshi, doubt they will get a single hit in.
