No, and proud to say it. I grew up around a chainsmoking father and started taking cigs myself around age 16, smoked until 20 y.o then began the long process of quitting. I cut it out of my sober life and allowed myself to smoke while drinking for a couple years. It was hardest to resist after college classes and while drinking coffee. On a bar bender I'd still face a pack of marlboro reds, but slowly it became obvious how awful it was for my health. I had much worse hangovers on days when I smoked a lot.
My last bout with tobacco was this year when I was smoking a lot of spliffs during an ulcerative colitis flare. Spliffs are a great smoke but I hate what it does to my lungs, and after getting the UC cut out of my body I quit weed (and thus tobac) very easily.
Do you walk a few miles every day?
