EQ-Zip:
1. File -> Open the S3D
2. File -> Import Files... (or press Insert)
3. File -> Save the S3D

Make sure auto-conversion when importing is disabled in preferences when using EQ-Zip.

S3DSpy:
1. File -> Set EQ folder
2. Select the S3D in the left pane
3. Archive -> Add (or press Insert)

EQGExport and EQ-Zip won't work in Windows XP, but S3DSpy will.
Worked perfectly. Thank you very much, for the extra information and the actual work!
