First I know neither of you, Secondly, after scouring the forums I have concluded this agreement you speak of doesn't exist anywhere on the forums (at least without knowing where it is because the keywords scout, disk, and loot come up with nothing but arguements nothing concrete) where the public can actually read it so am I to assume it exists solely in the heads of the people that contest it on a regular basis? Just haven't heard this before. Just curious
