I ordered a paper copy off Amazon for $.01 + $3.99 shipping. It's not real useful but it's fun to page through, and brings up lots of memories. Oh, and it still has the $19.99 Best Buy sticker on the front and a $1.99 Goodwill sticker on the side. I guess even Goodwill couldn't sell it.
